Anthony Bourdain Dead From Suicide

New York (CNN) Anthony Bourdain, the chef and gifted storyteller who took TV viewers around the world to explore culture, cuisine and the human condition for nearly two decades, has died. He was 61.

CNN confirmed Bourdain's death on Friday and said the cause of death was suicide.

Bourdain was in France working on an upcoming episode of his award-winning CNN series, "Parts Unknown." His close friend Eric Ripert, the French chef, found Bourdain unresponsive in his hotel room Friday morning.

Yea I didn't always agree with his politics but I appreciated how he always had a different take on wherever he was visiting. He was real deal in terms of showing the world the real story and culture of a particular country. He was far better then that fat gay fuck Andrew Zimmerman.

really? he seemed pretty damn fragile on his show. they show'd him wrestling in Mexico and he was like a limp noodle against this little fat guy. another one in japan against a sumo and he got picked up and said "ok ok that's enough". lol. he just never came across on the show as having an sort of physical ability at all. seemed pretty clumsy actually. i know he's older and all that but he seemed more clumsy than the average person. super tall and skinny so he had that sort of gangly movement to him.

Sumo is very different than bjj...those people you think are clumsy, lanky etc...are the ones people need to keep an eye on, just saying.

He fought at the NYC open, Boston and did Naga as well.

He was a higher ranked blue belt, and for their masters division, those guys do very well.

Okay but Bordain got thrown around by a little Mexican guy and a fat sumo guy and he looked akward as fuck doing it. He wanted no part of it. If he was choking them out or at least looking like he had some skill I would have an easier time believing Bordain had skills. But he looked like an old tired akward stick.
