Hulu vs Amazon vs Netflix who's best?

Never thought I'd ever say or do this. I'm cutting all cable Bill's and going with streaming.


I pay over $200 with internet, all movie channels and home phone(need home phone for entry access)

I will keep the internet and keep it at highest allowable levels for gaming and such.

But enough is enough. I get home late and even when I'm home, I basically stream anyways lol


So....thoughts?

I'm in the process of learning this now as well. I got a jailbreak firestick...there's so much free tv on it..I'm fucking lost!!! But I'm learning the Kodi system...all fucking free!

We have amazon prime and netflix.both good...but this jailbreak fire stick n Kodi...got so much shit...it's crazy!!! Just gotta play with it n learn it...

I went from 205 a month..to 45.... Fuck them!

Interesting because many say Amazon all day.


So here is some info on how I enjoy to watch tv.

I'm a huge news junkie, but I can stream the news or get my info from the net.

I love watching national geographic stuff and all sorts of movies.

Shows? Any of them really.

Seems Netflix is not as broad like Amazon?


I really need some good input and will decide Friday.


I'm a huge Google guy though, too bad their stuff is meh

I use Netflix and Amazon as well as "direct TV Now" streaming service. $35 a month for direct, 10 a month for Netflix and I'm going to have Amazon prime regardless of streaming or not @119 a year. You can also look at PlayStation Vue and sling TV compared to direct TV now. All 3 offer similar prices for live TV streaming.

I've got ps4 so I'm aware of vue, well somewhat.

But I feel Amazon and Netflix are really the only 2 to even consider?

Isn't that a bit of a contradiction? Why would I need Amazon and Netflix.

Netflix exclusives and sometimes one has a movie the other doesn't. It's only 10 bucks. As far as Amazon Prime I'm not giving that up for anything. I make the money back from free 2 day shipping within a couple months and I also use the streaming music service and unlimited cloud storage for photos.

I have the direct service just to still watch live TV. Has all the channels I want and now has free cloud DVR service. It's a little buggy but I tolerate it.

Netflix and Hulu are what I have. I have Kodi as well but I don’t find myself using it unless I literally have nothing to watch. Netflix is always rolling out with diverse content and Hulu gets some of the popular movies sooner than Netflix as well as TV shows the day after it airs on regular TV. And the Hulu originals are pretty good too.

The other plus side is Netflix will let you “download” content for when you’re traveling which is huge for me. It makes whatever content is available for download accessible without using data or needing cell service.

rado nobody gets amazon for the video service alone bro. they only have it because of amazon prime free 2 day shipping and the video service is a nice add on feature to that. if you are just comparing them as a video service alone it's just not a contest. netflix is a video service. that's all they specialize in. amazon is an online shopping company with a video service almost as an afterthought.

Don't waste your time jailbreaking. I jailbroke mine a lomg time ago. Shit was nice in the beginning, but then all links get broking and shit and you always have to update no limits so many times. Fuck kodi
Use your fire stick and download terrarium!!
