I may have misread the article or misunderstood it, but it sounds like nobody is stopping the bar from "saying" this. This is the free market at work. They can say it, and the snowflake who got offended by it can stop going there. Just like the company who didn't want to bake the cake for the gay couple. They can take their business elsewhere.
