He's a flip-flopper. Doesn't really stand for anything. But, honestly there is *some* truth to that argument. I think San Francisco's gun laws are stricter than Chicago's but there it nowhere near the amount of shootings per capita so this issue is a bit deeper than the surface level thinking of "Strict Gun Laws = More Shootings". This is a pretty complex issue that requires more than just memes, likes, and the mob mentality sticking up for each other to actually dissect.

I think the gun laws in Montreal are more strict than Chicago and San Fran combined, but there are minimal shootings there.
