Ok so this is the final verdict with my car
Long story short. I ended up doing some investigating into the lady who made me swerve that caused me to rear end someone and I found her, with surveillance from the HWY cams.
She was summoned and now the investigation has gone into my favor. She illegally went into my lane, so I could NOT MERGE CORRECTLY. She wanted to block me off from going on front of her, causing an accident, and she left the scene of one as well.

Just because you rear end someone, isn't always your fault.
I had also thought they were going to total the car, the estimate was over $15K.
It is not totalled and I'm fine with that. I had misunderstood my adjuster.
Still getting rid of it soon though
