pretty sure you're 100% incorrect. certain AAS (deca) increase RBC levels. am i wrong? will cutting my dose by more then half have no benefit? no argument, i'm interested in facts though not your uneducated opinion. :D

doesn't want to know what? your literal recommendation in the other thread was to "come off or at least lower your dose". everyone agreed that would be more helpful than giving blood to lower RBC/BP. that's exactly what i'm doing step by step. if cutting the dose by half does nothing then I will come off.

But isn't blood work the only way to really know what's going on?

All of them increase red blood cell. Deca is known to be better for it. The dont just magically decrease because you lower the dose.

Why dont you just get bloodwork done. I guarantee you RBC will be high and lowering the dose will do fuk all for it.

Been thinking about giving blood but they have to take it a certain way right?

I'm on 250mg test-cyp a week so what do I tell them when I go to give blood?

                    Yes I'm a rookie.

You just go and donate blood at the Red Cross donation center. You will have to answer a questionnaire and one question does ask if you've injected yourself with steroids. Just click no. I recommend doing a double red cell donation. They take only the red blood cells and put the platelets and plasma back into you.

If you have a script you can tell them but otherwise don't tell them anything or they wont do it.

Blood work and donating blood are 2 different things as you know. I've had standard blood work done as little as 4 months ago. Nothing was abnormally high. This thread is about donating blood to lower bp in line with my other thread, not sure why he started a new thread instead of keeping it there. in any case this thread did finally inspire me to go get a heart rate monitor. fucken thing was like $90 god damn dollars. they had a $40 one but it looked like a POS.
