    avid i feel like you are trying to say something deeper then that but it's not coming across to me if you are.

    what got these people fat in the first places was eating too much. so of course by lowering your calories and keeping them lower you will lose weight and keep it off. as soon as you go back to the calorie level that made you fat in the first place you will obviously go back to being fat.

    that is unless you add muscle once you lose the body fat. then you will be able to eat more but that's only because bodyweight stays the same you just replaced fat with muscle.

            Did you read the Huffington post article I pasted the link for? The author is suggesting you get metabolic damage when a fat person loses weight which is not the case unless you were a Biggest Loser contestant.

                your reading this entirely different then I am. i don't know what the hell you're talking about.

                it's very simple. once you lose weight you cannot go back to eating like you were when you were fat or you will gain that fat back. i don't know why you are trying to make this more complicated. you tend to read far to deep into things and I think that is a hindrance to you when it comes to dropping bf.
