I cannot post pics. When i click the icon it just moves my cursor to another spot.

what browser? what device? the more details the better.

another source just posted pics like an hour ago on the forum so it's definitely not everyone having these issues. gotta be some update to some browser or some shit. i haven't changed anything.

ok guys it looks like there is a new feature on the updated chrome that blocks notifications by default. this may be the issues that is causing random problems for people. it may be viewing the likes button or pm's or smilies as a "notification" for some reason. you would have to turn that off in chrome, nothing on my end to be done. if these issues are just started happening when you got the chrome update recently that's probably what it is. look for something in chrome settings that says "block notification" and turn it off.

in chrome you see the little icon up by the address bar that looks like a lock? click on it. you should see something about notifications. it's blocked by default. turn it off and see it that fixes it.
