Anyone Else Having Forum Issues? PM's and Like Button?

ok guys it looks like there is a new feature on the updated chrome that blocks notifications by default. this may be the issues that is causing random problems for people. it may be viewing the likes button or pm's or smilies as a "notification" for some reason. you would have to turn that off in chrome, nothing on my end to be done. if these issues are just started happening when you got the chrome update recently that's probably what it is. look for something in chrome settings that says "block notification" and turn it off.

Nice theory but I can use Firefox, chrome, edge, Samsung browser etc. None let me like a post or insert smilies. Something's broke it just isn't an obvious or easy fix.

Tried turning off notifications to chrome.

Why only some people? I'm not having issues, mace isn't having issues with smiles or likes. Rado isn't having issues. The other rep for pharm posted pics in the other thread a few hours ago. Everyone else can "like" etc.. I logged in under a standard user test account and see no issues. I've changed nothing at all with the site.

I don't know shit about how forums work. I just know there isn't anything else I can try on my end aside from going to someone else's house. This site is the only one I'm having problems with and it's all recent. Some 1s and zeros got broke from some kind of gnarly bug. I'll deal with it it just sucks.

i think it will just fix itself. that happened with tapatalk awhile back, bunch of people had issues then it just worked. i didn't do anything lol.

maybe its some strange fucken IP thing. shits weird.

Just saw this thread. Notifications button does not work on my laptop. I use Chrome. Usually when I click on Notifications, it tells me how many PM, likes, etc. I have. Nothing happens now. The screen just scrolls up to the top of the page.
