rich abused everything. i'm surprised anyone was surprised. if it wasn't one thing he abused that was gonna kill him it would have been another.

if you use like the guys in the 1970's did you can live just as long as the average person.

however those on GH for years.. that's the unknown. gh hasn't been around long enough to have people that have used it for years and years turn into really old men yet. with steroids we have a pretty good idea from all the guys in the golden age. they aren't dropping dead any earlier then normal.

Apparently Menzter used Gh and some other guys back then. Then again Menzter and his brother are both dead.

I need a big heart to pump the blood through my massive body! :D

I use 2.5iu of GH a day. Been on for just about 2 years. That's pretty minimal. What I love about it is that it allows me to run much smaller doses of test and make gains. If I wasn't on GH I bet I would have to double or triple my doses. I guess we all take risks in this game. I came off GH for a couple months and I'm off AAS right now. I give my body that break and run small doses. Haven't been over 350mg test since I was in my late 20's. I try to make healthy decisions but like I said above we all take some risks.

How do you find the sides with GH? Blood pressure and water retention etc? Does it affect cholesterol/lipids etc?

No issues at all so far. In the first 4 months I had a lot of water retention but they went away. I have blood work coming up next month but no issues with cholesterol/lipids. Only time I ever had "issues" is when I changed deca brands and my bp went up. Switched back to my old brand and it went away. I think low test/hgh is a great way to run trt long term.

Ha yep Like B said I play soccer in different leagues all year long. But that's either once or twice a week. I don't do anything else other than that. Hate cardio unless I'm playing a sport.
