Anyone find any crazy deals? It wasn't a crazy deal but bought a tv. I hate buying something when there's nothing wrong with what I'm replacing but my current TV is a 60" Sony LCD. Prob 7 years old. Spent around $1500 for it. Sam's had this LG 70" LED for $870 and you received $100 gift card. So $770 for it was a decent price.

        Good price for sure.

I'm waiting for PS5 (4k @ 60fps) to come out before I get 4k. Everything on cable or sat is still 720 or 1080p so your hardly ever seeing the true potential of that TV. It's a great TV, we just need more 4k content in the US of A.

Picked up a 43" 4K TV from Amazon.

It is the TCL 43S517. Paid $319 for it.

Pretty much every review site has it listed as the best TV in the under-$500 category.

Any recommendations for good sound bars?

I'm thinking of getting this one:

                        Vizio SB362An-F6

                        https://www.walmart.com/ip/VIZIO-36-...del/742048861?

I wanted something inexpensive, under $100. This one has the best reviews and recommendations in this price range.

just realize that the sound from a soundbar under $100 will not be mind blowing. i assume this is just for a smaller room or a game room or something? for those applications it will be fine. if this is for a main living room setup i think you will be disappointed. movies wont have much of a punch with a cheap sound bar. this type of soundbar is more suited for everyday tv use and basic voice dialog. the sound difference is huge between a $100 soundbar and a $400 soundbar. I'm sure that's obvious but I think if you sat and listened to both side by side you would never go with the $100 option. It's terrible in comparison bro.

with all that said here is one by the amazon basics brand that has a lot of good reviews.

Yeah, this is for a small room. I've got a 5.1 system for my main room. I'm thinking of going with the one I listed. It's got great reviews from the review sites, for the price of course. It's not going to compete against the more expensive ones.

Yeah smaller room for basic use will be fine. Definitely better then shitty tv speakers.
