      what info will this craft give us that the 2 rovers weren't able to?

      that question sounds like I have my doubts about this current craft, not at all. i'd just like to know all the things it can do that the others lacked in tech etc.

                            They need to deploy the solar panels, charge the batteries, do all the hardware self-checks, etc. before they can get the pretty pictures. Have patience.

                              Why the hell aren't these things nuclear powered? Our battery tech still sucks ass for these types of missions. I want that sucker to be full powered and moving 24 hours a day for 30k years!
