I can't get over how much they resemble our Kings. Very similar fish. Mid May we will start targeting them again as they should start coming thru.

Everytime I see a tuna that looks similar to a blackfin I laugh. I was coming in off the water down in Corpus Christi and they were taking off a lot of blackfin tuna from a chartered weeklong fishing trip. I mentioned they caught a lot of blackfin. One of the deckhand snapped at me that it wasnt a blackfin tuna, it was some sort of fish they cut up for bait. The people that chartered the boat had no clue they were getting ripped off.
