MY WIFE/HER SON/SLEEP WALKING

Does anyone else know people who really do sleep walk. My wfie cracks me up when she does this. Her son does this all the time too. It is kinda spooky at times watching it and hearing whats coming out of their mouths because it never makes any sense. Well, my wife is real sick right now. Got a flu bug. Im on the computer and suddenly she is standing at the top of the steps. I said... "Baby, can I get something for you?" She was just standing there frozen. I walked up to her and put my arm around her and said "Lets get back into bed" I laid her down and then she says to me "I just woke up when you put your arm around me and I didnt know why I was standing there." That cracks me up, but worries me sometimes. LOL :rofl:

Yeah Gong it is real weird. My wifes younger brother sleep walks too. I'm kinda wondering if my baby is gonna end up sleep crawling. Any thoughts? LMAOO PEACE! KIR

yep......I've done it when I was younger.......felt like I was having a dream....pop caught me standing there looking at the phone..I told him the phone was fixing to ring and wake me up...lol....I thought it was a dream........it runs in the family...my pop did it as a kid...said one night he got up ..grabbed his shotgun and walked out into the woods behind his house and shot it..the noise woke him and he was standing in the woods in his underwear.........

Yeah bro weird stuff. My wifes brother doesnt do it anymore now that he is older, but she still does. And her son does a LOT. Its crazy. LOL

I used to do it as a kid too. My mom woke me up as I was taking a leak in my sister's room....thought I was in the bathroom. LOL BSH

LOL.......I pissed in a trash can beside my friends moms bed!.......I was doing quaaludes tho.....bout 25 years ago........she had to lead me to the bathroom and hold my willy...haaaa.....worst part is that she was a prostitute......no shit....I went home and scrubbed it....funny as shit now......wasnt too funny then to me although she thought it was........she was always trying to get me in the sack.....ughhh.....

true story kinda funny too but i used to sleep walk when i was a kid and my pops was workin in the upstairs bathroom fixing it up and shit and i was sleep walkin and i went into the bathroom took his bag of nails and went to the bottom of the steps and my dad and my mom were like what are u doin and i didnt say anything i just pissed in the bag...i also pissed on my sisters rocking horse one time when i was sleep walkin all mine were because i had to piss wierd shit i dont know...havent done it since a little kid though........chub

normally when you hit REM stage of sleep, there's some kind of mechanism that basically disconnects your brain from your central nervous system. i'm sure i'm not stating this correctly but that's the basic idea - you are essentially paralyzed, which may help explain why in some dreams you can't move - because you are feeling what's going on in your body. like, you know how if something wakes you up from a deep sleep, your arms and legs feel like lead? if i remember right, in people who sleepwalk, this mechanism is not performing it's task correctly.

i run into this with my boyfriend, who doesn't sleepwalk but TALKS a blue streak and once in a great while gets in fights (which can be kind of scary for me, he's kicked me before and once he hit me in the head thrashing around). also i've "woke him up" and he's still really asleep when he responds. usually his whole limbic system is on edge which has led to some interesting fights before i realized what was going on...

Neither one could get a TOP SECRET SECURITY or CLEARENCE in the US Armed Forces with a history of sleep walking/talking. You don't have to worry about them getting TS jobs now, eh? LOL!

I still do, I sleep eat as well, I smoke a lil doobage at night, 6 hrs later I get the munchies, wake up with a 4 course meal laid out infront of me

the worst is acting out dreams in your sleep, like the time I was choking someone in my dream, and had my gf in a headlock, she had to hit me with the alarm clock...it happens
