    OK my man tits hurt. No not from gyno. But from cramping up. I know about water to help this, but I already take in PLENTY! I know about potassium helping, but I already take in PLENTY! I know that training a muscle group VERY INTENSELY can sometimes cause cramping to happen because of all out muscle fatigue. But the question is: Is there anything else that could help this? Im NOT gonna drink more water. Im not gonna take in more potassium, Im not gonna stop training so intensely. So whats the next best thing?

    wtf bro?? lmao... on a serious note however..i had a similar problem in my upper back..SO i started drinking gatorade with water alot more...peace KIR and good luck

      Im not drinking more water damnit. lmaoooooooo But thanks for the idea. I drink a shit load of water everyday. Im definitely not dehydrating. LOL

        hey KIR i didnt drink more i did this say i was drinking 2 gallons water a day and then would drink 1 gallon gatorade and one gallon water ...just an example and it did help.....

          AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHhh......... gotcha. I use to drink a LOT of gatorade when working for years and I still have had these cramps like this for years. Maybe I will try that combo RIGHT AFTER a workout. Usually I just drink down a protein shake and a tablespoon of peanutbutter real quick along with a large glass of water. Maybe I need to carb up more, yet food dehydrates the body. So Im stuck here.

          I think it is because of the muscles being TOTALLY EXHAUSTED. I've read that in the past, that cramping can result from that. This is what I think is going on, but want to know if there is something I can take to get around this. Any more ideas are welcome of course.

            Actually Intim, I stretch a LOT before workouts, a little stretching at the end. But in between sets I normally flex for around 5 seconds real hard to keep the pump going. You think there is where the muscle exhaustion is coming from?

                    IF you are not streching extensively after workouts then two spanks . and you can take all the potasium you want but if it is not pot cholride your pissing up a rope.. besides if it is normal or a high normal it wont help anyhow. all useful potaium comes from food not bananas not pot. out of a health food store. you need your levels checked you would not believe the b/b with low pot. levels, and if they are low normal that is bad for b/b anyone in genral all though a docS will not prescribe it for low normAL PEOPLE AND THE SHOULD.IT CONTROLS SO MANY FACETS OF A NORMAL FUNCTIONS OF THE BODY. CRAMPS ARE THE LEAST OF THEASE

                        You just need someone like me to massage them and that will take care of that problem....I'm VERY good with DEEP tissue...lol :rofl:
