OK my man tits hurt. No not from gyno. But from cramping up. I know about water to help this, but I already take in PLENTY! I know about potassium helping, but I already take in PLENTY! I know that training a muscle group VERY INTENSELY can sometimes cause cramping to happen because of all out muscle fatigue. But the question is: Is there anything else that could help this? Im NOT gonna drink more water. Im not gonna take in more potassium, Im not gonna stop training so intensely. So whats the next best thing?
