Hey, I met with Darrell Terrell today in OKC. The guy place 3rd in Nationals this year in Miami, FL. I initially went there to talk diet and workout routine. After talking with him, we decided to trade out services... his knowledge in BB for my videography. We'll be producing some workouts on video after the New Year. Is that the bomb, or what?
