I had rotator cuff surgery this year and am hoping to be able to bench 500 sometime in the next 8 weeks or so. I been through it. Let me know what your injury was and I can help you some more.

I'd like to add that I started gear about 8 weeks after my surgery. I just couldnt wait and Im glad I did. Im NOT telling you to do the same, only telling you what I did. PEACE! KIR

Space I jumped right back into it. Im NOT gonna say where my rehab was, but if you knew it would make you want to train extremely hard also. I pushed myself like you wouldnt beleive coming back. Tears and sweat down my face from stretching so I could get full range of motion back and strength back. Anyway I was dedicated. Got to be to make a big come back.

Mike you need to really strengthen all your stabilizer muscles. Do many rear delt and rotator cuff excersises. I spent 6 months doing these stupid ass thing, but they helped me greatly and actually pulled my shoulders back and gave me better posture. PEACE! KIR

You may want to consider taking about 30 grams of glutamine a day. That will help with tissue healing and recovery. Also stretching and working out with lighter weight to stregthen those stabalizers....good luck buddy!! ;)
