  • When your sick do you workout?

    Great. Just great. It is New Years Eve, I have to work till like 2am, and I feel like Im getting sick. Should I try to squeeze in a workout before working all night, or should I just wait to see what I feel like tommorrow?

    When a cold is comming on, do you still go workout, or be a suck like me and stay indoors?? :baby:

    I have been sick since Sunday, and I worked out Monday (weights) and Tuesday (Cardio). I felt good while doing it, but today I fell like a train hit me head on. I am definiately not working out today. Get better

        Rest and when you get better start back slower and you'll be back to normal in no time. I caught a cold up in your neck of the woods over christmas. Friday I plan to get back to the diet and gym.

              I'm with Bleach on this one. Unless I'm on my death bed I work out.;) But I DO make sure to adjust my work outs to my sickness. Obviously I can't give 110% if I'm feeling real shitty. I don't think I've done cardio when sick, though.

                It all depends on how sick I am. I keep going until I can't. For some reason it usually makes me feel like a million bucks when Im training and Im sick.

                  It may sound weird but I do cardio when I feel a cold coming on and I actually feel better. I don't know if it's mental or what but it works for me.

                    Sometimes it IS just better to sweat it out. You'll get over it faster.

                      well i feel great when im at it, but shitty after, worse than i felt before i went to the gym. I guess everyone is different, my body sucks and cant handle the recoop period after excercise

                            I've always read if it is from the neck up then workout. If it is from the neck down, then stay home. I live by this rule myself and have never had any problems. PEACE! KIR

                              Cardio sweat it out and lots of vitamin c for a cold. And do your workout but make sure that your head is in tha game if you start working out and your head is not there then don't bother. But Yes workout for me.
