    Just get to the gym and see how ya feel/ If you are weaker, take
    it easy enough so that when you rest at night , you feel better the next day...If you feel worse, then you pushed it and can live
    with having it longer...BAILEY

      I see no point of working out when you're sick. It's a point of diminishing returns. Your immune system is occupied with battling the virus, etc. So if you workout, you put more stress on the (weakened) body. Also, by taking time off you get stronger since your body recovers from previous workouts.
