oh no you need to get a new tank and it's not cheap from what I seen but if you play alot in cold weather it's worth it

ebay is awesome for buying paintball stuff. you can find a no2 tank real cheap. and the people selling are respectable businesses for the most part, so you wont get ripped off if youre careful.
