Gift Question?

well hey everyone i have a question...hopefully i can get some good advice, right now there's this girl who i've been seeing for a few months now about 4 really, were dating or whatever but were not really officially together right now or naything, atleast not like any titles of cause of some different reasons with stuff in our pasts and what not, but anyways here's my question, I wound up causing some problems with her more or less, well not really just made her feel really bad the day after christmas and stuff and we were both with our seperate families on christmas, but anyways, I basically wound up not getting her a christmas present actually returning it prior to christmas cause i thought me and her were over with, and never even really truly so much as bought her a card, but anyways here's my question, (oh and she did buy me a card and it just kind of wound up out a window heh..) anyways though here's the current situation. There's this dog that when we went into the pet store earlier today she fell in love with. well she can't really afford to buy the dog right now and doesn't want to spend the money on the dog, i can definitely afford the dog without adoubt...and i'm just really debating on buying it for her or not, it's a shitzu and yeah it's expensive cause it is from one of those actual stores but still, I was thinking it's the entire thought? and i mean i can tell she's really in love with this dog cause she was still talking about it tonight....give me some advice bro's, and women i'd really appreciate it...

Just for sides stake on things I have fallen in love with the girl...don't know if tha tmakes much of a difference besides possibly messing up my vision on things. later.

If you've got the money and she really wants this dog, I say go get it for her. It will show that you want her to be happy and that you pay attention to the things that she wants. Surprise her with it along with all of the necessities she'll need to take care of it to start. Get it a really cute collar, a leash, a bed or crate for the dog to sleep in, a brush, cute little bowls and food (don't forget a stash of newspapers for training, the pet shop can tell you exactly what she'll need). Get her a card, nothing too wordy, even just a friendship kind of card that will show that she means a lot to you and put everything in a big box. Drive over to her place and have the dog hiding in the box when she opens the door. She's gonna be so surprised when she opens it!

Everyone makes mistakes, especially in the early stages of a relationship. The best anyone can do is to appologize and to show that they're willing to try to make things better. You're obviously a thoughtful guy, don't be afraid to show her how much you care.

yeah she can it's the initial cost of the dog that she can't afford, it's a shitzu it costs $699.00 which really isn't all that bad to me, juts some cycle money i had saved up but I am actually set for the next so many months when it comes to that so i'm not worried about it. later.
