Honestly I was thinking about finding a gym near me (if there was one) that did give the class...I know that in NY and Cali they have these classes (I dont know about here though)...my girl told me about this dvd and I was skeptical on it...but it looks good, and plus I'll have her buy it and then I'll watch it...make sure its worth the money :) or I'll just steal hers lol

Crunch Fitness in Boston has those classes, unfortunately, Carmen doesn't teach them.. :(
