They just have the worst customer service. I placed an order and after a week I still hadn't gotten a conformation email. I had an order number though, I order stuff on the net all the time. I usually only wait 2 days for a conf email, so I emailed them about 3 times and never got a response. So I called and the guy told me to wait half a week, and if I didn't get one to call and cancel th order. So, that is what I did. Screw them.
