Should I fight this in court?

The other day I was headed on a delivery an hour or so away.....so I get about thirty miles outside of town I have to take a leak.....I find a dirt road that looks good and pull on over, get outta truck and start to pee.....then about two seconds later here comes a Hiway Patrol........I couldn't believe it so I finished real fast, zipped up and waited for him......and to make a long story short.....this cop writes me a tcicket for $1100 for indecent exposure.......no shit.....!$1100 bucks....I could not believe it...........























































































































Later.....I found out that they charge $100 per inch in that county.............

Was a female cop.... who gave me a break. She didnt count the last inch.
