I dont even watch the TV show, its lame as hell.... Christopher Reeves also has a personal trainer, thats a moot point.

I'm not denying the show is all an act....of course it is, it's Hollweird, but as for his mentallity and physical well being, that is definitely not an act. The man has aged hard and fast and he is the first to admit it is from the years and years of drug and alcohol abuse.
