  • why am i so damm sore ????

    hey ppl
    heres the deal i`m 3 weeks post cycle now
    and for the last 3-5 days of training i have almost been layed out in pain from workin out
    it is definately the muscle fatigue pain so i know i didn`t riop any thing
    and after a few days it does go away

    what i do`nt understand is why the hell is it worse i`m still training hard eating really well sleeping lots pls help
    is it anotherpct thing where i have to change my training too ???
    idunno i was thinkin that as long as i train hard and keep everything else in check i shouldn`t loose any of my cycle gains

    what ever i`m just in agony and i don`t understand why
    pls help ppl

    not really sure but I thought you had to adjust your workout intensity when you came off.

          AS lowers your recovery time. So what you did no problem before will be harder now and recovery will take longer.

            so i guess i shoud lighten up my weights alot then for a week or 2 ????

            any other thoughts ????
