    Since my cruise that I got back from 8 days ago I have gained almost 30lbs believe it or not. Ask sana if you dont believe me. Been drinking soda like its going out of style. Wings, pizza, ice cream, 7 layer taco dip, chips, burgers, chicken, etc.. Along with my test/winny/GH I feel like im gonna explode with all the calories. lol So who else will join me in my quest for 400lbs??

    yes, he is fat. he's drinking soda like it's going out of style and bouncing off the walls like a 2 year old boy. and the seven layer dip yesterday made him smell like a walking human stink bomb.

          i can't whip him into anything. everytime he's around, my will power breaks down and i'm drinking pop and eating pizza :bawl:

                I am eating quite a bit now that I'm into my winter bulking program. 300g of protein per day minimum...and not really watching where I'm getting my carbs from too closely. Sure, I may gain a few extra pounds of fat doing things this way...but...fuck it. Just makes it all that more impressive looking when I complete my cutting phase. Eat on, Bouncer....I'm right there with ya buddy!

                    I have been dieting since November. I took 2 weeks off for christmas at the parents. Last week I was really sick, didn't work out but still stuck with the diet.

                    I really need to diet, I want to be ripped for summer. Only a few months left and lots of inches to go.

                        I've been eating clean, cheat meals 4 times a week.. 202lbs with abs, gotta love it.. :)

                        I'll be bulking until June, by then my 10 week eq/test should be done...

                            ya its pretty crazy, i got on 3 scales just to make sure. lol. the key is lots of soda! i drink about 4 liters per day on top of all the food i get. 1 liter is about 800 cals so thats 1600 extra empty cals per day. on top of the 4500 im eating in food. :D
