Im a huge eater all day but I cant eat much in the morning. I have 6oz Oatmeal, 3 scoops protein, 10oz fruit juice and some ice all blended up in a blender.

Usually, I have either:
6-8oz grilled steak
6 eggwhite omlet w/ cheese
2 scoops Isomatrix in skin milk
Or I'll have:
2.5 cups oatmeal w/1 tablespoon honey
2 scoops Isomatrix in skim milk
1 packet Louis Rich Turkey Bacon, something like 25-30 strips...

I sorta split my breakfast....this is what I'm eating nowadays while bulking:
I wake up at 9, have a Protein Blast shake (30g protein, 38g carbs) and my supps, then go back to sleep til 11.
At 11, I eat a trioplex bar (30g protein), a yogurt, a piece of fruit, and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
If I'm feeling extra-hungry, I'll also have a small steak at 11.

i split my breakfast up too
at 7am i eat a three egg western omellette with veggie and ham, 2-3 sausage links and water and 1g vit C & 1000iu of vit E and a joint pill.
at 9ish ill have 2 cups oatmeal, cinnamon, raisins and honey with 24-48g of vanilla whey protein.
