I had to give CPR today

Today an elderly woman had a heart attack in the tram. I immediately gave her CPR and it was the longest 10 mins of my life. As I was pressing her sternum to pump her heart. She had no pulse, no breath, eyes and mouth wide open and felt very cold on this hot day; I thought to myself she had already gone to the afterlife, but I never gave up.
Paramedics came and try to revive her. We all had to evacuate, but I do not know the outcome.
I feel like i could of done so much more.
I hope she is ok & god bless her.

People were literally just sitting there. I had no idea wtf happen cause we were sitting all the way in the front till the driver got out panicking...

Nothing else I could of done, but you always got that feeling what if...
