I think he's innocent...the chick seems like a total headcase...so I can't believe a word out of her mouth. That, and the fact that they found evidence that two other guys had railed her in close proximity to the time that Kobe did, casts way too much doubt on the 'evidence'.Comment

guilty... he's a ball-hog on the court, and he's a cooter-hog in real life. getting some from two other people has nothing to do w/ being raped... with the high-caliber lawyers he's hired, i don't think any poorly paid county or city prosecutor would want to be humiliated and destroyed by going into a courtroom w/o some serious physical evidence and reason to believe her. i think it goes back to backward thinking and some serious double standards when people think just because she had sex w/ two other people she's lying about being raped by him.Comment
