  • Working out causes Hairloss???

I was working out at the gym today and noticed a lot of guys there are either starting to thin on top or pretty much completely bald.

Since working out increases testosterone levels and testosterone is coverted into DHT which causes hairloss...could there be a correllation?

    Just a thought.

Hairloss can be a side from steroid use. I don't think just training natty will cause hairloss.

The increase in endogenous testosterone isnt nearly enough to cause male androgen alopecia.

yes.. that is correct.. improper or unregulated use of medications and supplements can cause unwanted side-effects from something as small as hair loss to something as serious as liver problems.. so check, re check, re check again.. and consult your physician..

I tend to agree, I doubt natural training will enhance hairloss. Most hairloss is genetically pre-disposed.
