Hey WW, how is your shoulder feeling? I actually went to a shoulder specialist (he works with the NY Jets) and got X-ray's and an MRI just to make sure nothing was wrong. Everything came back ok. He thinks I have muscle spasms in my rear back shoulder area that are pressing on nerves. his recommendation is that i go to physical therapy and get Electrical Stimulation, Deep Tissue Message, and Ultrasound to break up the scar tissue and work out the knots.

burning, numbness and tingling sounds like nerve pain to me. do you stretch your neck and shoulders before or after workouts? i don't stretch as often as i should, for sure. and it think that weight lifters often overlook the benefits of stretching and flexibility. you might try ice/heat after workouts too. also those rotator cuff shoulder exercises, if it is your rotator cuff.
sounds like you have been getting lots of therapy and opinions so you probably have tried these things - but just making sure you didn't skip the simple stuff!

my shoulder feels better, but i haven't done any shoulder training in about 2 weeks. Just sorta put it off to rest the area.
