Just noticed it this past weekend. I am not suffering from my sex drive AT ALL, even though I am not having relations. But I also have missed my period this month. My birthcontrol has done this to me in the past, but only after being on it for over a year. Right now I have only been on the depo for about 5 months, so I am not sure.
I have a gyno appt to make soon, so I guess I could talk to the doctor about this.
yea, normal. low bf% on women for 2 long can really fuck them up. i know girls that havent had there period in years etc.
i remember saying in a different thread a few weeks ago, you are too lean now for a show that is so far away. you really arent very healthy at your bf% and the longer you stay there the worse it gets.
She's is pretty lean; I know...Not healthy to be THAT way all the time...Especially for a lady...

honestly WW, i dont think much of your coach. i think you need to go to a better gym and be around people that know what they are doing. i know a few IFBB girls (both fitness and figure) that i could put you in touch with that i think would be better for you. this 50 some year old guy i have my doubts about. not putting you down at all, just think you could have better people around you.

reason i say that is because i think your coach should be telling you that you are WAY to lean for a show that is what 6-7 months away? which show it again? you are in a state right now where your body is walking a fine line between maintenance and muscle break down. you dont want to be in that state this far out.

lol.. actually john is 59.. bwahaha. old geezer. But he doesn't look a day over 50. I didnt really make a deal over it and he of course, could feel that I was just like whatever I will workout solo. I know how to push the weights around, heck last night I killed my friend frank and tore his chest up. He texted me this morning that I killed him, hehe!
