thats why you need to do your best at wiping yourself out with long walks, bike, etc.. try and work that stress out as best you can.

The stress is very apparent to me - I've had some dark thoughts recently, it's all good I'm a stubborn fuck. But to be honest - I think the lip chewing deal is because of the pain - when I get the stab feeling in my liver / now kidneys I find myself chewing my bottom lip, so it doesn't surprise that in my sleep I do the same now.
