alright guys/girls when i get closer to a show i really start to bind up !! i go but small amounts and with the amount of food i am consuming i am not passing enough !!
my lower belly gets hard and bloated and i feel like shit pardon the pun :)
alot of your fiber powders have fucking carbs and sugars in them so i wont take them -- i am trying senna tabs with limited success .
my last show i use to take zelnorm but that was pulled from the market -- that shit worked very well almost too well -
so in a nutshell i am looking for something to help me shit in plain english :agreed:
any ideas will be greatly appreciated -
i do use enemas the last week coming into the show but its not healthy to use them all the time and need something to help get and keep my track flowing normal -
if anyone here has ever gotten ready for a show you find it throws off your whole system
