The story is I broke three bones in my hand about 8 weeks ago, was signed off work, I've since been back for about 4 weeks, the trouble is my hand is still very sore and tender, even tho I've been given the ok my the doctors, it's showing no sign of healing completely, it's starting to piss me off now, I haven't been able to train at all and work I also diffucult a I'm an electrician, I've really fallen off the bandwagon and can't see the light at the end of the tunnel,

Any advice on where to go from here?

    Thanks

I know, it hasn't been fully rested, but in all honesty I simply could not afford to take anymore time off work, is there vitamins I can take to aid my recovery? I have to leave for work at 6am so 10hr sleep us pretty much out of the question, I can manage 8 at best, I'm really working on my diet hard to try and fasttrack my recovery, anythingi can do to help it along would help me greatly!!

    Thanks

Calcium and Vitamin D are importaqnt to bone health, so taking them can't hurt

Takes a while for bones to heal, and if it heals in correctly or you have a mal-union that could be reasons for pain. Really only time will fix your injury. And maybe you just need to hear someone else say it but; being an electrician requires a lot of manual dexterity and you know you don't wanna screw that up for the rest of your life/career.

dont be afraid to take an anti inflammatory (ibuprofin) when it hurts. dont take 10 a day but 2 when it really starts to hurt will help.

also you could dip the whole hand in ice water for a few minutes to kill the swelling.

Also note 15 minutes max; intervals too long and you can hinder the healing process.
