shampoo for dry scalp/dandruff

Anyone experience dry scalp/dandruff? Looking for a shampoo/conditioner that won't dry out hair/scalp more. I tried Nizoral, Selsun Blue, Tgel, all natural one's from whole foods, but i think i'll try head and shoulders again. any experiences? thanks.

yeah something with tar in, head and shoulders don't work for me
