Legit insomnia is one of the worst damn things in the world - I got a ton of shit to do tomorrow and I can't catch a wink even though I am absolutely dead burned tired. Honestly wouldn't wish this on anyone, I don't know what to do about it either. It's gotten less and less frequent and therapy twice a week has helped me a lot - that being said anyone who suffers from it knows that it just takes a two day stint of sleepless nights to ruin a week, and sabotage hours you have spent training. I'm always sore these days after sleepless nights. I have gone to sleep specialists - one thing I know is that I have some problem where I will stop to breathe for a minute or so and it wakes me up gasping and fucking sweating bullets. I forget the name for it but I've tried a few things for it so far - right now I have some damn mouth guard type thing I'm wearing that is meant to work. My bad for the rant but I am fucking fed up and any advice would be hugely appreciated - I've tried everything natural I can think of , most nights I take melatonin and when I sleep it gives me much deeper sleep. I'm prescribed ambien and clonazepam, i steer away from kpins because of my personality, but even if i take one AND an ambien on nights like this it won't put me out. Does anyone have experience with any gaba based supps for sleeping ?

I struggle with that as well bro. Not as bad as you but still struggle. Are you on AAS right now? Man oh man that will do it. I haven’t been on in some time and that has made the biggest difference. Obviously tren is a no no but even test would keep me up at night. Lots of times all night. Have you tried Somatomax? I take that every night and it helps me stay asleep. If you have trouble falling asleep it may not help but it defiantly has helped me not wake up as much. Hope you get it under control soon.

Don't get me wrong brother, I think that what you are saying is certainly the most logical thought at this point, because I honestly have tried just a bout anything I know of. I don't know if I can part ways with the gear right now, that's just the frank truth of it. I appreciate your responses, my call now how to handle it. thx bro.
