because it kills your sweat glands. i'm surprised you didn't get any side effects though. everyone i know that has tried it stopped before the treatment was over. one guy said he started seeing things and the girl said her skin dried out so much that her lips were cracking from the corners of her mouth and her face looked sunburnt all the time.

OK well i did get the cracked lips pretty bad but i didnt really consider it a serious side effect. I mean the benfits for me were worth having some cracked lips for 8 weeks.

being on gear shouldn't really affect much. if you skin is just oilier than normal and you don't use body/face washes you should add it because it will help. it's just excess oil being excreted and then absorbed back into your pores. if it's one thing i know, it's skin care because i've tried a lot of crap.

I get what your saying but being on gear really is different. I have run 1000mgs of test and had oil drip of my face, especially around the nose, cheeks etc. And the more you wash it the more it comes back, i used to wash my face three times a day but that just makes your body produce more. I really think if your running high test you need something a bit more powerful if you want to fix the problem permanently. Each to their own tho.

yeah. i mean, if it's a matter of just being oilier, then you get something stronger. AOW said he never had an issue with oily skin before so he might not need something prescription grade.

yea that's my thing - if anything I've had dry skin in the past - so now this is knew to me. If the washes and what not don't work - i will look @ accutane, I do worry about my mind on those sorta things - seems like if something has a side affect that affects 1/100 people - I'm the one lol :fight:

We have seen all types of skin issues over 20+ yrs in this business and used everything from OTC products to script meds. For the last couple of years my whole camp including myself has been using a scrub from platinum labz.com
called acne annihilator. It treats acne,,oily skin,,razor burn...etc.... I use it daily. I swear by this stuff.

wouldnt risk it with accutane. they are involved in huge lawsuits as we speak. been proven to cause IBD (crohns disease, ulcerative colities, etc) years after original usage.
