Does anybody know how to get rid of stretch marks or how to reduce the sight of them?

I need to see a picture, are they white or red?

i have both white ones and red ones. the white ones are on my inner thighs not too worried about them. they have been there since i was in junior high. the red ones are in the corner of my arm pits and onto my biceps. the attached picture is not of me because i dont have a camera and the one on my phone doesnt have very good resolution.

good idea instead of being self conscious of them i will put forth the mind set of pride and remember how many reps how much sweat and how much hard work and determination it took to put them there. thanks!
