apples; fibrous fruit that aids in digestion and removes toxins etc. Sweet potato's are loaded with vitamins and aids against hypertension. Vinegar has many positive effects on the body.

Last few days I have been drinking 1L of coconut water/day. Was going to post the benefits in another thread. Seems to be getting popular.

Goods points growth, I would recommend anyone listen to metabolic doc radio show, guy talks about effects of test, he's a doctor that specialises in test and it's effects and he's a lifter.

Test will accelerate, cardiac problems like plaque, heart enlargement, averse lipids, if your planning on juicing long term you need to be aware,

Polycythemia is another adverse effect of juice, this is too many red blood cells. This thickens the blood which leads to higher tusk of stroke and heart attack. I think fish oil can help in this regard buth it needs to be kept below 50% red blood cell count.

Ok so I've been invited to call in to the radio show so if you have any questions that relate to health and juicing then let me know and I can ask

Sneak site name in there. Say " fella from superiormuscle.com says nolv is all that's needed for pct."

Also ask them about my theory of Gh a month before my cycle primed my body to react stronger when I started test
