No because we also have lots of 24 hr emergency dental outposts usually in hospitals, when the pain was real bad on a saturday I simply called a number and thye told me where the nearest was, went there paid only £17.50 and they drilled through, opened it up, relieved the pressure and did a partial clean out and temporary recap, told me to wait a couple weeks before going back to my regular dentist but that took care of the pressure pain initially, good shit. Bro the NHS is not perfect but on the basis its free they never let me down yetOriginally posted by Juiced1 View PostDid you have to wait a few weeks to get into the dentist office with the good ol British NHS?

I say ok not knowing how its going to go, saturday lunchtime, big pain, so it was either saturday or sunday and go to the dental walk in ward in hospitalOriginally posted by THE BOUNCER View Postwhy did you wait so long? no way that pain just suddenly came out of the blue.

I just can't imagine eating my two meals at my desk at work then flossing after, and flossing in between every tooth after each meal, its one of those ideals that if you put them all together you would have time for nothing else.
I think I'll chew gum more, not only does it tend to pull and foodstuffs from out within your teeth but also neutralises acidity levels after eating.

People don't realize that half of your bad breath or taste is within the tongue. I always scrape that fucker. This may sound weird; but I always floss, brush and scrape tongue before a meal.Originally posted by Mr incredible View PostOh yeah I have one, crucial for fresh breath, much better than just brushing the toungue
So you might ask; are you doing that 5-6 times a day? Hell no...But for sure 3 times....I get about a good 4 meals in.

floss not just for oral hygiene, but believe it or not; the plaque found in between teeth can slowly trickle down into the stomach and it disperses into the body just like eating lard off a steak. It adds up over time. Oral hygiene plays a role in our general well being.
