    Did flat bench for a change tonight, busted out a few with 400lb then when I dropped to 300lb and began to feel something on my right pec, finished with light incline and cables.

    Reminded me why flat bench is so shit and its often the light weights that catch you

    Man I've got to tell you...I'm fucking scarred for life. Everytime I see someone bench press I'm saying to myself "oh shit! He is gonna tear his chest any second now"

    At this point bench press = torn pec period. Regardless of weight.

      Never ever hurt myself on incline but ever since I got strong, flat bench feels like it rips me, weird
