Woke up today and never realized what I had until I Google my symptoms. Early this morning as I was eating breakfast I felt like a semi ran me over and as the day goes on....man this is horrible. Fever of 100 right now and just now took some Aleve. Don't I let it run until it's done or do I need real meds?
