  • Fixing Posture?

It's been becoming more and more apparent to me that I'm in better shape than I look, but I'm defeated by bad posture. (Slightly hunched over shoulders, butt sticking out, belly sticking out).
Is there a way to fix this aside from just reminding myself to stand up straight?

Talk to a back speacialist and they can provide with something to wear to keep your body straight till your body adjusts. Otherwise just be concious of it.

When I started doing deadlifts it made my posture really good.
