  • Crest White Strips log

Always take good care of my teeth but with tea and coffee here and there my teeth aren't as pure white as I would like.

Bit expensive, $45 for 14 day supply but figured I would give it a try. Been on 3 days now and already a difference for sure. They definitely work.

Bit messy and a pain in the ass to get them to cover all your teeth perfectly but I think its worth it. Will update in a week.

Good money. A friend told me they are fantastic too. I'll have to try them.

Just don't leave them on any longer than recommended. Even regular use can make your teeth sensitive. Worth every penny, imo.

the pack that i bought came with a "2 hour" sample where you put these fast strips in and you have results before you go out or whatever.

Ive used them before, they do work pretty good. A good way to maintain is wth plain cheap peroxide mixed 50/50 with some water right after brushing.

just the normal hydrogen peroxide that you buy at the store for like cuts and injury to keep from getting infected? is the water needed? why not just rinse with pure peroxide for stronger effect?

It's barely effective on tough stains like tea, coffee, juice, etc. Tried all that shit until I got my molded mouth piece for whitening gel. Night and day difference.

                    The strips are only peroxide?

The gel I use is not only peroxide.

I am saying that rinsing and/or brushing with regular hydrogen peroxide is ineffective on stained teeth in comparison to strips or prescription gels.

Regular peroxide is not the same, lol. Plus, hydrogen peroxide is acidic and NOT good for your gums.

I just looked at mine. It's 35% carbamide peroxide snd potassium flouride. So not the same as household peroxide. My point.
