  • how do you know if you tore your bicep

felt a ripple pulling 600lb tonight, right at the top under the arm pit where it inserts, feels sore. iced and nsai in.

still flexes and no apparent change in shape but feels numb

if it is small tear it will feel like it was lit on fire, bruise and hurt for a while.
if it tore it will be all above plus it will ball up under your arm (you will know)

no bruising, no change in shape, just pain when I press on where it intersects right under there front delt, out may actually be a bicep tendon strain, hopefully.

that's it, only.cardio for the rest of the week, and gh hehe

thanks rocket, I figured the same too, I feel lucky now. all I did was go death grip instead of straps

why you pulling 600lbs? this is the kind of shit that builds up the core and makes it thick. think about the bodybuilders known to lift tons of weight like dorian, ronnie, etc.. all had guts and waist's that almost everyone would agree got a bit out of hand.

not to mention the fact that when lifting that type of weight you are not just using muscle. your body is getting fucked up more and more everytime. telling ya bro, that heavy power shit does not build a healthy good looking body. builds a big wheel barrel type that has constant injury.

Said I had some goals first, gotem; squat over 500, bench 400 for 4, dead 600.

Back to usual now; squats are out unless light, flat bench only if second excercise, deads, will do but just use 400lb or so and wider grip pull lats through and not every workout.
