As I tell everyone that has ever come to me to discuss AS, its important to understand-and I know you do- that on the most basic level you are introducing a foreign hormonal compound into your body, usually by way of a foreign object. Your body doesn't dig either really, and has mechanisms in place to respond in a variety of ways. Is there conclusive proof that organs aren't affected by AS? As Ronin says it may well depend on the physiology of the individual. However, I would say there is more evidence that shows adverse effects to organs then there are studies that show there aren't. My opinion, based on what I know, is that you should absolutely expect it to tax your organs especially your renal system. One study that I read showed conclusively that high doses--body builders were the test subjects-- of AS over a prolonged period of time caused some level of kidney disease as well as scar tissue. As far as tren goes with terms of specific side effects, I would say that the increase in blood pressure and its effect on kidney function are of primary concern. At the end of the day, its a risk--we all know that, and one that you either decide to take or not.

well injectables of the same compound are less toxic than oral.generally. But test is a different compound to tren

From my perspective, just about any true oral steroid is going to be harder on your system--including the liver, simply because of how its processed to avoid destruction, and the functions that it can impede during that process. As for an oil based steroid, as most know it avoids the liver initially, and as it is IM allows for gradual breakdown as the body attacks it. There are loads of factors in this from the type of oil used to the particular ester, as well as the individuals body to process the substance. In my opinion, the independent physiology of a person dictates significantly the action of the body in breaking down a foreign compound. The body looks at all of this as an attack and responds accordingly-- in essence as an individuals abilities to fight off the flu or infection vary, so does the response to AS.

As far as safest or dirtiest compounds, I honestly try to stay away from giving any particular advice, outside of the body's ability to process the compounds. Credible long term studies are few and far between that look at particular compounds. I think alot of it may be the stigma attached to steroid use by the general public right now, but more importantly from a science standpoint its the varying compounds that are used throughout a bodybuilding, or an athletes career---hell even the guy next door. Different compounds effect body function and physiology differently, and the chemical cocktail that most AS users take over the course of their life or career make it difficult to track specific outcome related to specific compounds. Sooo, most advice I give--if I am asked, is based on body physiology---what hurts your liver, what doesn't..and what your body is doing when you inject a foreign body into it etc.

From my experience--there is no magic protect your kidney pill. However I do take naturopathic medicine seriously and believe in its effectiveness, so I personally take a quality multivitamin with a higher content of B1, B2, B6, Magnesium, and selenium, nutrients that are needed by the body (specifically your liver) to detoxify and that typically get depleted and more so when taxing your system. I also take milk thistle regularly, and of course hydration is of paramount importance when talking about kidney function.

But some good supps that do help/work bro. Not many good ones, and those that are. Well typically very expensive.
