                I doubt this as unusual as you obviously think. I always keep my bloodwork updated and never seen any sodium deficiency ever. Maybe just a bad habit?

                  Alin, do you do manual work where you sweat a lot? I have heard of the guys who worked in the boiler room of coal powered ships having real cravings for salt because they would lose so much through sweat.
