I'm all for natural cures, but;

I've had sore throat, mild.cold and its migrated into my.chest, been.coughing alot and am up in the night, well the.coughing set off my.ashma which I rarely get so I just reached for the ventalyn.salbutamol inhaler and blam, eased my breathing straight away, thank goff for mankind lol

As long as you seek doctor's help,and follow health advises everything will be alright. But we should also be responsible in becoming a healthy being, as the saying goes "Prevention is better than cure."
